Janet LeBlanc was my listing agent in the recent sale of a home in Vancouver. The home was a part of a trust of which I am in charge. I live 800+ miles from Vancouver. I had a great experience working with Janet, searching for my new home and selling my old home. I did things a little backwards in that I wanted to find a new place before I was ready to put my old place on the market. Janet was very accommodating and worked with me to find the perfect house. When looking at homes that were currently occupied I had a hard time envisioning myself living there. After spending an evening with Janet looking at homes she realized I probably wouldn't be happy unless I found something brand new. She came up with a list of new homes and after spending a Saturday touring new homes we found the one for me. I was very excited about the home Janet helped me find and she didn't waste any time working with me to get my home listed the following week and writing an offer on the new home. Within one day I had accepted an offer on the home I was selling and the offer I made on the new home was accepted. Within six weeks I was living in my brand new home! I won't hesitate to call on Janet again when I'm in the house hunting market. She was great and I think of her as a friend. I would recommend her to others in search of a home. She made the entire experience a great one!
